GROUPON 的回应

话说在星期六凌晨,就 MieleYo 不愉快事件,我发了一封电邮给 GROUPON。

星期六下午我就收到了 GROUPON 的回应。

内容如下:

Thanks for letting us know about what happened. You are correct, the pricing on Groupon is agreed upon by the vendor/merchant and they will have to approve it before we are able to advertise the products.

I'm sorry that the explanation provided by the person in charge was not informative enough.

I have forwarded your comments to all involved parties. As a young company we are always looking for ways to improve your experience and will do our best to make sure this doesn't happen again.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.

一贯的官腔答复,字行间也没有透露任何实际行动。

然而以回复时间而言, GROUPON 的效率算是不赖了。

这起事件中,我认为 GROUPON 的责任在于认证把关

所有刊登在网站上的资料务必经过审查,因为网友信任的是 GROUPON 的名义,而非名不经传的商家。

事件永远不会有个完美的落幕,如果我们不晓得如何从经验中吸取教训。

所以结论就是 --

别贪小便宜,眼睛放亮些,手脚放慢些。

那就平平安安,不再庸人自扰。
