Update: Poor customer service

A piece of update for the "Poor customer service" post. There is follow up from the management by replying my feedback. But, why the font is having 2 different colors har? (computer generated format? :-p) This is what I received in my mailbox.

Dear Valued Customer,

We regretted very much that such incident had happened to you concerning the staff customer service over the enquiry of ticket purchasing at our GSC Queensbay on Sunday 2nd Aug.

Please be informed that "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is always our priority and during the staff training program is the main topic of discussion. As such, its look like we may have to reeducate them and ensure that they practice what was required of them when carrying out their responsibilities. We will investigate on the incident and appropriate action will be taken again her if it is true.

Last but not least, we thank you for your feedback and support for GSC.
